BECHEM PRESBYTERIAN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL ORGANIZES CLEAN-UP EXERCISE

Student’s Representative Council (S.R.C.) week celebration, the Bechem Presbyterian Senior High School has organized a clean-up exercise to help weed and clean the surroundings of the Tano South District Assembly building.

In a short but impressive speech, the Tano South District Chief Executive, Honorable Bukari Zakari Anaba commended the students for organizing such an exercise. He said as students it is appropriate to keep their surroundings clean to help reduce diseases found in the communities. Honorable Bukari Anaba recalled that the recent outbreak of cholera in Accra and some part of Kumasi could be attributed to the filth and garbage that they generated without properly disposing of it.

This he said should not be practiced by the students, since the treatment of cholera and other communicable diseases involves time and mone

y. The District Chief Executive therefore advised the students to take their studies serious since they are the future leaders if this country.
